What is the puny promise?

Only 100% organic cotton certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is used in making super soft clothing for your baby.  GOTS is the leading standard for enforcing legitimate organic processing of textiles worldwide.  When you see the GOTS logo, you can be sure that the entire process involving how the cotton was grown, harvested and manufactured has met the GOTS social and environmental criteria. 

Super pure:  The Punypixel™ line is free of toxic chemicals commonly associated with most conventional cotton practices.

Super socially responsible:  We care about our kids and our planet!  We take pride in sourcing out manufacturers and suppliers whose business ethics are aligned with our efforts to operate within social and environmental consciousness.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Punypixel™ is committed to only the highest quality products when it comes to your baby.  And when it comes to customers, we are committed to your satisfaction.

Still need to return your purchase?  No problem.  We're happy to exchange your product or accept returns for store credit.  In order to sustain our mission of funding organizations that empower children, we are currently unable to offer refunds at this time. 

Email us at info@punypixel.com within 14 days following your ship date.  Indicate whether you are requesting an "exchange" or "store credit".  (We can only process returns and exchanges from items purchased at the Punypixel™ online store.)   Don't forget to share why.  There's always room for improvement!

Returns:  Items must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn.  Unless requesting an exchange, you'll receive store credit for the item minus the appropriate shipping fees.

Exchange:  Please be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number, along with the new replacement item. Include a copy of the original invoice (if you received this as a gift, please let us know the name of the person who purchased the gift.)

We recommend returning your items insured.  Please note that we are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address or damaged via shipping companies.

What are your shipping terms?
To provide you with hassle free rates, we have a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.99 no matter where you order from within the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to P.O. Box, military or FPO addresses at this time.

From time to time, we do offer seasonal shipping promotions. When these promotions end, shipping terms revert back to our regular $7.99 flat fee.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges and fall outside of our shipping promotions.  Different shipping rates may apply to wholesale or overweight orders and also fall outside of our shipping promotions.  Contact info@punypixel.com if you plan to order in bulk.

Please allow no more than 2 business days to process your order.  Once processed, your Punypixel™ product will ship within 3-7 business days via USPS ground.  There could be extra shipping days during the busy holiday season.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can only ship directly to the U.S. and Canada if you are ordering from punypixel.com

Are my online orders secure?

Our payment processing is powered by PayPal Inc.  When you click on the "add to cart" button, you are taken to a secure checkout page managed by Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card or through your Paypal account.  Orders placed are secure and customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided at checkout is transmitted securely using the leading industry standard SSL encryption.
